500 Lovemaking Tips

One of the biggest challenges couples in long-term relationships face is trying to keep their lovemaking red, hot and steamy. Early on in a relationship, the passion and newness of your lovemaking is always unforgettable; but, as that initial magic fades, it becomes harder to make things exciting again.

Everyone needs to check out the book, “500 Lovemaking Tips and Secrets”, by acclaimed author Michael Webb (the Oprah show’s love expert).

The book begins with a general foundation and understanding on lovemaking, briefly discussing topics like bedroom toys, adult films, the importance of romance for lovemaking, and interesting truths about Kama Sutra. It also contains a lubrication guide and 16 fully illustrated lovemaking positions in the back of the book. These are all nice touches, but the main attraction and bulk of the book is the 500+ tips.

I have to say, I really LOVE that you can open the book, pick a page and have between 8 - 10 easy-to-read tips ready to inspire or use right away. No need to read through dozens of long-winded paragraphs. Everything is formatted neatly and is very easy on the eyes. This is a big plus when you’re just about to make love spur-of-the-moment and you want some ideas.

So, what about the actual tips themselves?

This book is a treasure chest of ideas. It has 539 tips in total. They range from oral sex tips for both men and women, to games you can play to make foreplay more fun (although I would have loved to see more games). It also has tips to make intercourse feel better and unique, ways to surprise your partner like “coming out of the shower with just a towel and playing with your wife,” and even some cool places to make love that most people would never have thought of. While I didn’t find all the tips exciting (which was expected), I found more than enough that appealed to me.

The tips are all mixed together, which can get a little overwhelming. I recommend you skim through the book a few times rather than trying to read the whole thing in one sitting.  This book also lives up to its promise of not containing any raunchy, degrading, immoral or perverted ideas that so many lovemaking books seem to have.

In conclusion, while not all the tips in the book amazed me and I would have been nice to see some more ‘games’, it’s still THE most complete book of tips and ideas on improving lovemaking I’ve ever read. Nothing else comes close. All in all, I found it very enjoyable to read and use :) So if you want to make your lovemaking exciting again or even if you just want some tips for more pleasure, then I highly recommend this book for you.

Spice Up Your Love Life All Around The House.

We all need to spice up our lovemaking at one time or another. In fact, it’s very important to the well being of your relationship! However, with so many lovemaking books out there, does Michael Webb’s latest addition to his lovemaking collection size up and stand out from the crowd? Let’s find out…

The Oprah expert’s latest book called “Sex All Around The House” takes a very different turn for ways to spice up your lovemaking. Rather than talking about positions, techniques and locations, this book focuses on how everyday household items – yes, the ones already laying around your house – can be used to spice things up.

On first glance, I was a little hesitant of the idea of using things from my house… I mean how many could there possibly be? Ice, oils, candles? Come on! However, I was actually surprised by the amount of unique and wonderful things you can use, and I quote, “to get your partner’s engine revving.”

Want to hear some more? Get frisky in a sleeping bag, fun and challenging! Wear nothing but an apron to cook a meal and surprise your partner – great turn-on, especially for men. Play a sexy game using an MP3 player where you each have an earpiece and have to make love without it falling out – including changing positions and giving oral – playable with or without sexy ‘penalties.’

There was even one about wearing earplugs! Everyone knows you can heighten sound and touch by blindfolding, but almost no one thinks about trying earplugs to block out sound from your steamy passion. Nice idea to heighten touch and visual sense and create a totally new experience.

I was also surprised to discover that some of these items can be used to make men last longer and even an item that makes some adventurous positions possible. Nice addition!

So as you can see, this book actually has some fantastic and exciting ideas you can use to spice up any lovemaking, no matter how fiery it already is. And best of all, because toys are so expensive, you’ll save lots of money (and lots of embarrassment) by using the items you already have around the house.

And were there any downsides? Yes. The book could have had a few more ideas, considering you won’t like all of them (no one will like all of them!) but there are definitely enough to keep me VERY happy.

All in all, “Sex Around The House“, is a great resource that you’ll wonder how you did without. Whether you want to add more fire, perform better in bed or just have more fun, you’ll find many tips and ideas to make it happen.

100 Games To Spice Up Your Relationship!

One of the biggest challenges in a long-term relationship is trying to keep things exciting in the bedroom. Whether it’s work, the kids or the other 1000 things you need to do, dedicating time to keep the fire burning in your sex life is often easier said than done.  Let’s face it, we all have busy lives. Therefore, it makes sense to find ideas that can be used again and again in your lovemaking repertoire.

Lo and behold: “100 Sex Games For Couples.” Sex games really are a great way to keep things fresh and original and often have a longer reusable value than most techniques and positions.

But does this book by Michael Webb really deliver? Let’s find out:

To begin, I really liked the introduction of the book and how it talked about intimacy being spiritual, emotional and physical. It really sets the tone for the whole book and emphasizes that these games are really about “making love,” not having sex.

So what about the games themselves? Actually, I was surprised to find there were only 33 sex games in the book. Instead, the other 67 games are variations of the original 33 games, changing the rules of the games to create different versions. While this was a little disappointing at first, after reading the book, I became quite excited to try many of the games myself. There is more than enough in there to keep things exciting for a long time. And of course, some games will keep you entertained longer than others.

However, on the flipside, you won’t find many of these games anywhere else. In that sense, they truly are original and unique. I was really pleased with the level of imagination and creativity when it comes to these games.

You’ll find exciting games such as: a guessing game (one of my personal favorites), a night of passion that starts elsewhere, a game where stories become your drive for pleasure, a card game with a twist, a great game to choose your bedroom clothing, and many others involving food, communicating, touching and sharing intimate moments.

All in all, the book is well worth the asking price, considering it could be the very thing that brings you closer together as a couple!

So the verdict? I LOVE it and I definitely recommend “100 Sex Games For Couples” to any couple that wants to bring back the fire and add that magic touch.
